鈑金加工根據圖紙的設計所進行的加工工藝會有所不同,每個工藝環節都是可以單作為一種簡單零件的加工過程,我們現在主要是進行工業洗滌機械的鈑金加工,現在就工業洗滌機械的加工所進行的工藝流程來展開詳說:

1.編制。根據圖紙來進行分步驟進行工藝流程操作,或是根據顧客給出的實體模樣進行繪出其鈑金件的零件圖,其作用是用圖紙方式將其鈑金件的結構表達出來。

2.下料。根據對鈑金件的要求及材質的不同可以選擇不同的下料方式,通常有剪床下料、沖床下料、數控下料、激光切割機下料。由于更多的鈑金加工件對精度和質量的要求高,一般采用的都是激光切割機下料,這樣可以更好的保證質量,提高工效。

3.折彎加工。折彎就是將平板件加工成立體的零件,其加工需要有折床及相應的折彎模具來完成操作.它也有一定的折彎順序,其原則是對下一刀不產生干涉的先折,會產生干涉的后折,目前我們采用的是數控折彎加工,這樣質量得到了保證,提高了勞動效率,降低了勞動成本,大大縮短了產品的加工周期。

4.焊接。焊接就是將多個零件組焊在一起,達到加工的目的或是單個零件邊縫焊接,以增加其強度。焊接是很關鍵的,的焊接沒有焊渣不留痕跡,能夠進行深水測試,目前常用的就是氣體保護焊、氬弧焊、點焊、機器人焊接等。

5.表面處理。表面處理一般有磷化皮膜、電鍍五彩鋅、鉻酸鹽、烤漆、氧化等。優質的表面處理加工能讓產品得到市場的靠前眼認可,根據客戶的需求來進行。

6.組裝。所謂組裝就是將多個零件或組件按照一定的方式組立在一起,使之成為一個完整的料品。其中需注意的就是對料件的保護,不可劃碰傷.組裝是一個料品完成的比較后一步,若料件因劃碰傷而無法使用,需返工重做,會浪費很多的加工工時,增加料品的成本.因此要特別注意對料件的保護。

4. Welding. Welding is a plurality of parts together, to achieve the purpose of processing or a single part edge seam welding, in order to increase its strength. Welding is very key, welding without welding slag without leaving traces, can carry out deep water testing, currently commonly used is gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, robot welding and so on.

5. surface treatment. Surface treatment is generally phosphating skin film, electroplating colorful zinc, chromate, paint, oxidation and so on. High quality surface treatment processing can make the product be recognized by the market, according to the needs of customers.

6. Assembly. The so-called assembly is to put a number of parts or components together in a certain way, so that it becomes a complete material. It is necessary to pay attention to the protection of materials, not scratches. Assembly is a step after the comparison of materials and products. If materials and parts cannot be used due to scratch and collision, they need to be reworked and redone, which will waste a lot of processing hours and increase the cost of materials and products. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the protection of materials.
